Vision
To create a lasting legacy by equipping youth with creative skills that drive innovation, economic growth, and global recognition for Rwanda’s rich cultural and natural heritage.
The Story Behind Ibigwi Creative Africa
Rwanda is a land of breathtaking beauty—rolling hills, lush forests, and iconic mountain gorillas that draw visitors from around the world. But beyond its landscapes, Rwanda’s true essence lies in its people, culture, and resilience.
At Ibigwi Creative Africa, we believe that storytelling through video is a powerful tool to preserve, promote, and transform communities.
Our journey started with “My Culture”, a project dedicated to capturing the beauty of Rwanda, its traditions, values, and taboos, and sharing them with the world.
That realization led to the Building Legacy initiative, where we use creative industries to combat youth poverty, promote tourism, and foster economic independence.
